Owl-o-ween 2013

Another successful Owl-o-ween at the Alaska Heritage Center in the Wells Fargo Building on Northern Lights and C St. The Bird TLC Owls, and corvids saw all types of goblins.

It's easy to say the place was packed. Besides all of the young Trick or Treaters, our presenters were out in costume and a lot of parents also.

There were plenty of stories, goodies and games to be played.

Owls of all sizes.

and most of everyone's favorites. We can't wait until next year.

Owl-O-Ween 2010

The bee's, monsters, goblins and super heroes were out last night to visit with the crows, ravens and owls of Bird TLC's Education Program. Owl-o-ween was at the Alaska Heritage Museum and we had a packed house.
All of the presenters were dressed in their best Owl-O-Ween costumes and so were the visitors.
I have no idea how many visitors we had except to say there were a lot of all age, size and species.

Thanks to all hoo attended!

More Owl-O-Ween

A Fundraiser for Bird TLC was held at Midnight Sun Brewery last night. Beer, birds and ... well anyways. Costume contest were held and winners won MSB gift certificates. No, the birds couldn't enter. There were rock stars, cave girls and a news crew along with many more that attended.

A good time was had by all and some much needed cash was raised. Thanks Midnight Sun!

Boo! It's Owl-O-Ween

ConocoPhillips is a good supporter of Bird TLC and the Anchorage community. A lot of our owls and corvids went to Owl-O-Ween at the CP building on Thursday. There were many witches, super heroes, princesses, and so many caracters, it's hard to list them all.

Have a safe and Happy Halloween! Oops, Owl-O-Ween!
