For those who don't remember, we have 5 immature bald eagles that came from Adak in December 2013 & January 2014. They were burned in a dump fire. Click here and here for previous stories.
All of the birds are progressing well. Two are flighted even though they don't have all of their feathers back yet. Each bird is in a different stage of molt.
They are all getting along well and are in good shape considering. Hopefully by end of summer they will have completed their molts, regained good flight and we can release them back into the wild.
